Kelly signs letter of intent

Van Wert High School senior Jacoby Kelly has signed a letter of intent to continue his academic and basketball career with Heidelberg University in Tiffin. Kelly, surrounded by family and Van Wert head coach Mark Bagley, joined the 1,000 point club during the 2017-2018 season. He also starred on the football field for the Cougars.
