November 16, 4:20 p.m. — Kasey L. Schisler, 26, of 1133 W. Main St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a warrant issued by Allen County Common Pleas Court. He was also charged with possession of heroin, a fourth-degree felony, and possession of a Schedule 2 substance, a felony of the fifth degree, by officers who served the warrant.

November 14, 7:48 p.m. — Mitchell A. Thompson, 51, of 204 1/2 South Ave., was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Main and Daniel streets.

November 15, 4:29 p.m. — Nathan D. Wappelhorst Sr., 33, of 617 E. Central Ave., Apt. 2, and Wesley A. Thompson, 32, of 402 McKibben Drive, were charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of an incident at 227 N. Cherry St.

November 14, 10:54 p.m. — Kyle T. Sterrett, 34, of Willshire, was charged with OVI and driving while under a license suspension as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Vine and Spencer streets.

November 13, 9:04 p.m. — A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with theft as a result of an alleged shoplifting incident at the local Walmart store.
