December 15, no time listed — Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of West Sixth Street in reference to a theft incident. The victim told officers that a large amount of money was missing from inside the residence. Officers were given the names of possible suspects and the incident was turned over to the Detective Bureau for further investigation.

December 18, no time listed — officers Kevin S. Carder, 24, of Delphos, was charged with domestic violence for allegedly causing harm to a family member during an incident that occurred at his residence.

December 18, no time listed — Police officers, along with a Delphos EMS squad, were sent to a residence in the 1200 block of North Main Street following a report of an un-responsive woman at the residence. Upon arrival, officers located the woman, who appeared to be suffering from a drug overdose. Delphos EMS personnel transported her to the hospital for treatment.
