Dog park opens

Van Wert city and county officials joined Van Wert Area Chamber of Commerce board members, members of the Van Wert County Humane Society, and others who helped bring the Van Wert Dog Park to fruition for a ribboncutting ceremony officially opening the park on Saturday morning.
