Photo Club plans sculpture tour, photo shoot

If the weather cooperates, the Van Wert Area Photography Club’s meeting this Thursday, July 14, will be a photo shoot in downtown Decatur, Ind.  There are 30 unique sculptures on display in Decatur’s downtown area.  Some of the sculptures are inside but most are outside. Vice president Randy Shellenbarger asks those who plan to make the trip to meet no later than 6:25 p.m. at 114 S. Race St. so that drivers and riders are matched up in time to leave promptly at 6:30 p.m.

In other news, the Fair Board has announced its selections for this year’s photography exhibit. They picked: Through the Window, Celebrating Nature, Food Lovers, Celebrating Shapes, and Four Elements. It’s time to get shooting.
