Buckeye Y Youth announces fundraiser

Buckeye Y Youth Inc. will be selling “World’s Finest Chocolate” Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. outside Walmart.

Club members will have $1 Crisp, Caramel, Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate and Chocolate Almond Bars. In addition, $2 boxes of Mint Melt-A-Ways, Caramel Whirls, Continental Almonds, and Fund Raisins will be available.

Sales of candy support the local non-profit youth organization, which provides quality programs for area young people. Buckeye Youth programs include Valentines for Veterans, club meetings, summer camps, fun days, Autumn Adventure Sleepover, field trips, and special events.

The chocolate is also being sold at Year’s Ago Antique Mall, 108 W. Main Str., and the Buckeye Youth office, at 147 E. Main St., Suite D, both in Van Wert.

Buckeye Youth is a United Way agency and a Van Wert County Foundation grant recipient.
