Louise L. Lozano

Louise L. Lozano, 89, of Delphos, died Friday, March 25, 2016, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.

She was born May 4, 1926, in Ottoville, the daughter of Charles and Catherine (Looser) Leis, who both preceded her in death. On February 19, 1955, she married Ramiro Lozano, who died December 28, 2010.

Survivors include three sons, Charles Lozano and Tony (Pam) Lozano, both of Delphos, and Daniel (Diane) Lozano of Leipsic; one daughter, Barbara (Dennis) Hesseling of Delphos; four grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Alice Leis.

A son, Thomas Lozano; two brothers, Hubert and Carl Leis; and one sister, Mary Catherine (Ambrose) Koester, also preceded her in death.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 29, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Delphos, with Father Dennis Walsh officiating. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Delphos.

Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. Monday, March 28, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, where a parish wake will be held at 7:30 this evening.
