VWCS seeking feedback from residents

Van Wert City Schools is working on a comprehensive district strategic plan and is seeking input from district residents to assist with the process.

The city school district, working with the Ohio School Boards Association, has assembled a diverse group of district staff and community members who have been involved since early December in a comprehensive district strategic planning process.

This core team group has done significant work defining a vision and major goals for the district, but the next steps will involve determining specific steps to be taken for the district to achieve at levels it aspires to in all it does for students, with staff, and in partnership with the community.

One of the tools used in the next step is information provided from a community survey. School officials hope district residents will participate by taking a very few minutes to provide their input.
