Public invited to another Q & A session

By Rex Dolby

The Van Wert Area Photography Club’s next regularly scheduled meeting is Thursday, Feb. 11, 7 p.m. at 114 S. Race St.  Suspecting that there might be others who have questions about their cameras or photography in general, or more questions from those who attended last month’s Q & A session, the club will again offer those folks the opportunity to receive answers to those questions.  The session is free and there is no obligation to join.

Billed as “the Biggest and Best Photographic Event in the Midwest”, the PhotoPro Expo 2016 will take place Feb. 4-8 at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center and Marriott River Center Hotel in Covington, Ky.  Featuring 25 speakers, numerous seminars and clinics, nearly 100 trade show booths and a photo competition, there is just about something for everyone. Access to a single day’s presentations is $99. Admittance to the trade show only is $20.

If you go to http://photoproexpo.com/, you can find detailed information on what is offered each day. You will also notice that at the bottom of the page, there is a place to “Click Here” for a free Trade Show Pass.
If you are interested in carpooling, you might check with Stuart and Barb Jewett, who plan to attend Saturday.

The trip to the Niedecken Photography Studio in Ottoville will be rescheduled.

If you wish any additional details about the Expo, Ottoville trip, or the club’s Q & A sessions, call  567.259.8951.
