Lincolnview students and their families interested in learning more about College Credit Plus (CC+) should plan to attend the countywide meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 29 in the PAC Lecture Hall. College Credit Plus is open to students in grades 7-12.

The 5th and 6th grade bands are progressing in their studies of music and the production of sound on their instruments. The 5th grade is continuing to learn new rhythms and notes. They are also beginning to develop dynamics and learning key terms such as tempo markings. The 6th grade has just begun book two of their three book series and are reviewing along with learning sixteenth note rhythms. Both groups are also preparing for their spring concert, which will take place in the high school gymnasium on Friday, May 13 beginning at 7 p.m.
