Council on Aging sets Veterans Day event

The Van Wert County Council on Aging, in honor of Veterans Day, will host guest speaker Steve Gehres at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 11.

Gehres served in the United States Navy and worked on mines. He will talk about his experiences while in the Navy and the delicate work he did. All are invited to come to the Council on Aging and hear Gehres.

Those who would like to enjoy lunch during the program should call 419.238.5011 by 3 p.m. Tuesday, November 10, to reserve a lunch.
