YWCA Pig Races sponsors announced

Countdown to the YWCA pig races have begun, so those looking for an event the whole family can enjoy can come on down to the 2015 Van Wert Rib Fest and “ham” it up with the YWCA at its fourth annual Pig Races.

This year, the event is being sponsored by three local companies in support the YWCA programs. Elmco Engineering is the lead sponsor, with Alexander & Bebout and Kitchens Inc. rounding out the team.

All proceeds of this fundraising event will support the YWCA youth enrichment programs, including the Summer Food Program that wraps up August 14 and the After School Program that begins again this fall. For more information about the programs, call 419.238.6639.
