Fair to perform in Ohio City concert

Village of Ohio City information

OHIO CITY — Ohio City would like to announce that Dana Fair will be performing at its third “Arts in the Park” concert this coming Friday at 7 p.m.

Fair has performed in local bands since the age of 15. In the past 25 years he has been in such bands as Bad Habit, Delgado, Wild Hearts, X-Eyes, Crossroads and DNA, along with a solo career.

Fair got started in music by listening to his mother her brother, Ron Rasberry, play. As a young child, music was always in life — and occasionally live — in his living room.

Friday night, Fair will perform some of his favorites on an acoustic guitar, accompanied by his harmonica. Some artist you may hear: ZZ-Top, Neil Young, Tom Petty, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Uncle Ron Rasberry.

“Arts in the Park” is a monthly event that happens on Main Street in Ohio City on the second Friday of every month. All entertainment is paid for by donations at no cost to the village. Bring lawn chairs, blankets and coolers to Ohio City for great entertainment in a great atmosphere.

“Like” the event on Facebook or visit the village site for more information at www.villageofohiocity.org.
