Sandra S. Tumbleson

Sandra S. Tumbleson of Convoy died at 11:15 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2015, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born December 26, 1944, in Decatur, Indiana, the daughter Lester Brunner and Ethel (Bunner) Brunner, who both preceded her in death. On May 25, 1962, she married Fred Tumbleson, who survives in Convoy.

Survivors include two sons, Craig (Kim) Tumbleson and Tony Tumbleson, both of Convoy; a brother, Larry (Mary Lou) Brunner of Decatur; two sisters, Jo (Joe) Reichert of Wren and Barb (Tom) Roudebush of Decatur; three grandchildren; and 16 nieces and nephews.

A brother, Dwight Brunner, also preceded her in death.

A celebration of Sandra’s life will take place from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, April 18, at Convoy United Methodist Church.

There will be no visitation.

Preferred memorials: Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center or Convoy EMS squad.
