Lancer junior high baseball team wins 3

Lincolnview Jr. High baseball information

On Friday, April 10, Lincolnview Junior High baseball hosted Wayne Trace. Gavin Carter took the mound for the Lancers, earning the win and going four innings, striking out six Raider batters.

Leading hitters for the Lancers were Jaden Youtsey, 3-for-3 with three RBI; Sam Myers, 2-for-3 with a double and a single; and Brayden Evans, 1-for-1 with three RBI.

With the win, Lincolnview moved to 2-0 on the year.

On Saturday, April 11, Lincolnview Junior High baseball traveled to Celina and came away with a 23-0 victory in three innings. Youtsey was 4-for-4, Ethan Kemler was 3-for-5, and Reece Farmer was 3-for-4. Youtsey got the win for the Lancer, going two innings.

Monday, April 12, Lincolnview Junior High baseball traveled to Ayersville and came home with a 14-0 win. Youtsey got the win, going five innings and striking out eight Ayersville batters.

The Lancer offense scored 14 runs on 14 hits, led by Braxton Fox, who was 3-for-4 with three doubles and two RBI; and Evans, who was 3-for-5 with an RBI.

Lincolnview is now 4-0 on the year.
