ST. MARYS — Midwest Electric will have a 15-minute planned power outage today between 9 and 10 a.m., to perform minor maintenance at the cooperative’s Amanda substation.

The Amanda substation serves an area ranging from north of Wapakoneta to west of Elida, west of Cridersville, north of Buckland, and east and northeast of Spencerville.
