Cohen Christopher Smith

Cohen Christopher Smith, 5, died Saturday, January 10, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Bryce A. and Wendy N. (Baker) Smith, who both survive.

He loved music, and the many sounds that animals made. He loved to laugh and was just an all-around happy kid.

In addition to his parents, survivors include a brother, Jackson David Smith; maternal grandparents Mark and Tina Stevens of Huntertown, Indiana; paternal grandmother Linda Smith-Dunno of Fort Wayne; great-grandparents Bill and Pat Spieth of New Haven, Indiana; Bob and Eileen Stevens of Fort Wayne, and Vernon Medaugh of Fort Wayne.

His grandfather, William Smith; and great-grandmother, Sharon Spieth, also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, January 16, at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home in New Haven, Indiana. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery in New Haven.

Calling hours are from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, January 15 and an hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
