Jeff G. Muhlenkamp

Jeff G. Muhlenkamp, 53, of Fredericktown, and formerly of Rockford, died unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, December 13, 2014.

He was born in Portland, Indiana, the son of Frank and Virginia R. (Snavely) Muhlenkamp, who both preceded him in death.

Survivors include two children, Lindsey R. Muhlenkamp of Van Wert and Dylan L. Muhlenkamp of Fredericktown; his stepmother, Marge Cunningham of Celina; two brothers, Mike (Cindy) Muhlenkamp of Celina and Tony Muhlenkamp of Willshire; and three sisters, Christine Muhlenkamp of Coldwater, Beth (Don) Wendel of Monroe, Indiana, and Pam (Andy) Siegrist of Fort Recovery.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, December 20, at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, with Pastor Dennis Turner officiating.

Calling hours are from 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
