Activities abound in Lancerland

Brilliant Biographies: Third graders researched, wrote and constructed biographies and timelines of many famous people. From George Washington to Michael Jackson to Jackie Robinson, the students learned their life stories. The Lincolnview Softball team is winding down the season and is currently sitting in second place in the NWC with a 4-1 record. Overall they stand at 9-10 on the season. Bluffton, Spencerville, and Columbus Grove remain on the conference schedule and tournament is right around the corner. The team will play Spencerville in tournament action on April 12 at 5 p.m. at Spencerville. Come out and support the Lancer Softball team and all the other athletes in their respective sports.

Kindergarten students had the opportunity to visit farms in our community on Tuesday April 30. They had the chance to pet a lamb, see horses, watch robotic milking, and observe a miniature horse and its 3-day-old baby and so much more! The French Club enjoyed an elegant lunch last week at Willow Bend. We would like to send a big thank you to all the staff that worked to prepare and serve us an authentic French meal.
