The fourth-grade students at Lincolnview Elementary are shown here actively participating in the PARCC field test which will better prepare them for the online state testing to begin next year. The field test study is designed to help students become more comfortable with the online testing while reading passages, watching videos, answering questions, and writing essays on the computer. Starting next year, all state testing will be online. The students seemed to enjoy working on the computer and found it to be much more engaging than the standard paper and pencil tests.
