Van Wert Manor information

Van Wert Manor is pleased to announce the selection of Jackie Hernandez as its director of nursing.

Hernandez has been a part of the Van Wert community and is an alumna of Van Wert High School. She received her bachelor’s degree from Rhodes State College.

Hernandez and her husband, Michael, have three children: Brandon, Jared and Ella.

Van Wert Manor has been serving the community for over 40 years with excellent and innovative rehabilitative and skilled nursing services.
