Mendon Road barn fire

 

Firefighters from several fire departments, including Ohio City, Middle Point and Van Wert, battled a barn fire at 13832 Mendon Road, just south of Wren-Landeck Road, on Wednesday evening. The barn was a total loss and a portion of Ohio 116/Jennings Road was closed off to traffic so that tankers could get water safely. No other information was available this morning.
