Van Wert Police

March 20, 7:50 p.m. — Nicollette Collins, 22, of Van Wert was charged with two counts of theft for allegedly stealing items from two separate businesses in the Summit Shopping Center.

March 19, 4:52 p.m. — Robert Keipper, 17, of 110 S. Wayne St., and a 15-year-old Convoy resident were each charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and alcohol while under the age of 21, as a result of an incident at 645 N. Franklin St.
