Van Wert Police

November 18, 9:19 p.m. — The theft of a laptop computer was reported at a residence in the 300 block of West Main Street.

November 16, 1:49 a.m. — Cynthia K. Franz, 52, of 1133 W. Main St., Apt. 2, was cited for disorderly conduct as a result of an incident in the 1200 block of West Main Street.

November 18, 6:41 p.m. — Aaron Bradford, 17, of 14082 State Route 116, was cited for underage possession of alcohol as a result of a traffic stop in the 600 block of West Main Street.

November 18, 7:11 p.m. — Richard W. Emerling Jr., 40, of 233 Thistlewood Court, Apt. 670, was charged with driving while under a license suspension and possession of a marijuana as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Franklin Street and Thistlewood Court.
