November 3, 10:50 a.m. — A Van Wert resident reported that someone removed a credit card statement from the mailbox and opened the statement to gain account information.

November 3, 10:06 p.m. — Two people, Vince G. Reinhart, 18, and Tabrina M. Vance, also 18, both of Paulding, were cited for underage consumption as a result of a traffic stop in the 1200 block of South Shannon Street.
