Firms hold food drive

Alexander & Bebout Inc. and Kitchens Inc. held their fifth annual food drive at the companies’ annual Christmas party. Field and office employees contributed over 165 food items and the company donated a ham.  Employees could purchase raffle tickets on several prizes furnished by the company, with proceeds going to the food bank. One employee who won an 18-volt drill refused it and asked that it be auctioned off for additional monies for the food bank. The raffle and individual contributions totaled $535. All food and money will be donated to the Cooperative Ministries Food Bank.
