July 29, 9:54 p.m. — A resident of the 500 block of South Race Street reported that a tire on his vehicle was slashed.

Delphos Police

July 29, 4:42 a.m. — R. Taylor Robbins III, 22, of Delphos was charged with obstructing official business, resisting arrest, persistent disorderly conduct while intoxicated, criminal trespassing and criminal damaging as a result of an incident that occurred in the area near the intersection of Canal and Cherry streets.
