Family Health Care (FHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center LookAlike. As a “safety net” provider, FHC accepts patients with Medicaid, Medicare, all insurance plans, and patients who are uninsured.  Uninsured patients are placed on a sliding feel scale according to their household income.  Sliding fee scale clients pay a minimum of $20 for an office visit. Patients with high deductible insurance are also eligible to be placed on the sliding fee scale prior to meeting their deductible.

FHC also provides staff to assist clients on the Drug Assistance Program. Several drug companies provide medications to low-income patients at a greatly reduced cost or free of charge.

Preventative oral health for its pediatric patients is another concern for the Health Center, which partners with The HealthPath Foundation to provide free fluoride varnishes for children up to age 3.

To become a patient at FHC, simply stop in the office and pick up an application packet.  FHC is a United Way Agency.
