Van Wert Police

August 29, 3:31 p.m. — The owner of several rental properties in the city reported that someone stole two brand-new ceiling fans from an empty rental property.

August 30, 8:28 p.m. — Dennis N. Vickery, 60, of 908 E. Main St., Apt. C, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Delphos Police

August 29, 9:45 p.m. — Kail Guyan, 27, of Delphos, was arrested on two counts of theft as a result of an investigation into the theft of merchandise from local stores.

August 30, 10:56 p.m. — James Schwartz, 21, of Lima, was cited for driving under a license suspension that was related to a child support issue.
