Vera Anita (Wilson) McElfresh

Vera Anita (Wilson) McElfresh, 58, of Bluffton, Ind., and formerly of Rockford, died at 12:03 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2011, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne, Ind.

She was born September 9, 1952, the daughter of the late David J. and Louverna (Hensley) Wilson.

Survivors include six brothers, James Wilson, Otto Wilson and Marvin (Judy) Wilson, all of Celina, Henry (Imy) Wilson of Mark Center, David (Lina) Wilson of Mendon and Rick Wilson of Lawrenceburg, Ind.; and three sisters, Shirley (Jim) Baltzell of Celina, Lena (Daryl) Gruver of Mount Vernon, and Sandra (Lowell) Kable of Portland, Ind.

Two sisters-in-law, Charlotte and Marie Wilson, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, May 2, at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, with David Wilson and Daryl Gruver officiating. Burial will be in Mercer Cemetery in Mercer.

Calling hours are from 9-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
