St. Mary’s students perform

St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic School students in grades 4-6 sang songs from their Christmas program, “A Crazy, Busy, Peaceful, Holy Night”, for the Van Wert Area Retired Teachers Association (above) during the association’s December meeting at Willow Bend Country Club. St. Mary’s Principal Dan Metzger spoke to the group about service projects the students, their parents, and staff participate in throughout the school year. He also spoke on how St. Mary’s School works to instill in students the importance of using their time, talents, and treasures to help others.
