A Van Wert native will be appearing on CNBC’s “Mad Money” program hosted by investment guru Jim Cramer Tuesday evening to talk about the success of the company he serves as president and chief executive officer.

For the past 3½ years, Jim Cline, son of the late Clarence and Veva “Ve” Cline, and brother of Van Wert resident Diane (Larry) Mengerink, has been president and CEO of the Trex Company, the world’s leading manufacturer of composite decking and railing.

According to his wife, Cindy, Cline, a 1969 graduate of Van Wert High School who went on to earn a degree from Bowling Green State University, will be talking about the success of his company, which has trailing 12-month sales of $666 million and a market cap of more than $3.3 billion.

Cline will also talk about new products, the company’s strong performance over the last several years, and the investment opportunity it presents. The company is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

“Mad Money” airs on CNBC at 6 p.m. on weeknights.
