March 26, 12:14 a.m. — Ecco R. Burker, 33, of 321 E. Second St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear issued in Van Wert Municipal Court.

March 24, 9:08 a.m. — Joshua D. Sargent, 36, 234 W. Main St., Apt. 17, was charged with domestic violence in connection with an altercation that occurred at his residence.

March 23, 10:07 p.m. — Cory M. Spencer, 35, of 933 Leeson Ave., was charged with domestic violence for an altercation that occurred at his residence.

March 17, 8:25 p.m. — Laurie L. Piper, 57, of 1027 Elm St., was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired as a result of a traffic stop in the 800 block of North Washington Street.

March 18, 11:32 p.m. — Daniel A. Hunnaman, no age or address listed, was cited for OVI following a traffic stop on Van Wert-Decatur Road.

March 16, 11:52 p.m. — Stephen V. Barnhart, 23, of 515 N. Washington St., was charged with possession of a Schedule IV narcotic following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Shannon Shannon Street.

March 15, 4:05 p.m. — Larry L. Sidle, 48, of 402 N. Washington St., was given a summons in connection with a nuisance property he owns at 125 E. Central Ave.
