Community Days sets bag bingo event

CONVOY — The Convoy Community Days Committee is sponsoring a Cabin Fever 31 Bag Bingo fundraiser Saturday, March 10, at the Edgewood Park Building in Convoy.

Doors open at 9 a.m., with bingo beginning at 9:30 that morning. Those participating can purchase 20 games for $20, with the prize a 31 Bag filled with goodies from local businesses. Bag sponsors included Dowler Heating & Air, Mercer Landmark of Convoy, Kitchens Inc., Sophisticut, the Ann Miller family, Gerhart Jurczyk Funeral Home, Hoover Garage, Convoy Tastee Freeze, Gibson Barnyard BBQ, Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Dealey Accounting LLC, Shear Magic Barber Styling, Convoy Preschool, Bright Eyes Catering, Kathy Miller, Sammi Joseph, Crestview Elementary School, Jane German, Betty Miller, and Psi Iota Xi sorority, Beta Delta Chapter.

The 2018 “Pamper Yourself Gift” raffle will include gift items from many local businesses. Tickets are $1 each or six for $5.

Get out of the house and enjoy the day with friends and good food. Cinnamon rolls and sandwiches will be available for purchase during the event.
