February 25, 3:29 p.m. — Rex A. Keysor, 48, of 327 N. Wayne St., was cited for driving while under a license suspension and possession of drug abuse instruments as a result of a traffic stop in the 600 block of West Main Street.

February 25, 12:31 a.m. — Genaro C. Tovar, 43, of Thistlewood Apartments, Apt. 670, was cited for having physical control of a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and Paul E. Anderson, 41, of Defiance, was cited for an open container violation following investigation of a suspicious person report at the apartment complex.

February 25, 2:08 a.m. — Jared W. Shaffer, 19, of Van Wert, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia while in the 600 block of South Washington Street.

February 23, 6:05 p.m. — Brandi M. Runyon, 26, of 113 Bonnewitz Ave., was charged with two counts of felony assault on a police officer following an altercation at her residence.

February 24, 3:20 p.m. — Cody V. Lippi, 28, of 501 N. Race St., was charged with domestic violence for an incident that took place at his residence.

February 23, 9:34 p.m. — Jeromy Gonzales, 38, of Paulding, was cited for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop in the 800 block of North Washington Street.

February 21, 1:57 a.m. — Brandon S. Hershey, 30, of 816 W. Main St., Apt. 15, was served a warrant issued in Allen County Common Pleas Court at his residence.

February 21, 6:o8 p.m. — Dennis R. Dancer, 49, of Delphos, was charged with interference with child custody for an incident that occurred in the 500 block of Shaffer Street.

February 21, 4:15 a.m. — Steven R. High, 63, of 212 Gay St., was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Burt and Cable streets.

February 19, 6:42 p.m. — Justin L. Reyes, 23, of 639 N. Franklin St., Apt. 10, was charged with telecommunications harassment.

February 19, 12:03 p.m. — Trent L. Wells Jr., 17, of Paulding, was served with a warrant issued in Paulding County while at the Brookside Convenience Store, 1301 W. Main St.

February 18, 12:11 a.m. — Mitchell A. Staufer, 26, of 624 High St., was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 600 block of High Street.

February 14, 1:21 a.m. — Andrew H. Krogman, 19, of 142 Blaine St., was cited for possession of marijuana paraphernalia, while Cole M. Bennett, 22, of 10419 Old Tile Factory Road, was charged with disorderly conduct as a result of an incident at Krogman’s residence.

February 14, 12:15 p.m. — Keli L. Pontius, 31, of 218 S. Tyler St., was served a warrant while at Van Wert Municipal Court.
