Sharon K. Overholt

Sharon K. Overholt, 59, of Gomer, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2018, surrounded by her family at her residence after a 10-year battle with cancer.

She was born July 30, 1958, in Lima, the daughter of Leon “Curly” Hall, who preceded her in death, and Betty (Foust) Hall, who survives in Elida. On May 19, 1979, she married Brian Overholt, who survives.

Other survivors include three sons, Brady (Allison) of Elida, and Jaden (Hillary) and Riley, both of Gomer; a daughter, Kayla (Andy) Wita of Elida; one sister, Linda (Toby) Jenkins of Elida; a sister-in-law, Pat Hall of Florida; and eight grandchildren.

A brother, Gary Hall, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, February 23, at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Elida, with the Rev. Bruce Tumblin officiating. Burial will follow in Carmen Cemetery near Gomer. 

Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. Thursday, February 22, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, and an hour prior to funeral services at the church.
