Antwerp 47 Lincolnview 46

Two free throws by Hope Smith gave Antwerp a hard fought 47-46 win over visiting Lincolnview on Tuesday.

The winning foul shots came with 4.6 seconds left, as the Lady Archers improved to 7-5, while Lincolnview fell to 5-9.

The game was tied at 12 at the end of the first quarter, and 24-24 at halftime. Lincolnview led 38-37 entering the final period.

Kayla Schimmoeller led the Lady Lancers with 16 points, including 10 in the first half, followed by Olivia Gorman (14) and Alena Looser (11).

Smith led Antwerp with 16 points.

Lincolnview will host Allen East on Thursday.

Coldwater 60 Crestview 43

The Lady Cavaliers used a big second half to defeat Crestview 60-43 on Tuesday.

Lexi Gregory scored all 12 of her points in the opening quarter – two triples and three buckets – and the Lady Knights led 14-10 at the end of the period.

Coldwater outscored the visitors 13-12 in the second quarter, but the Lady Knights enjoyed a 23-20 halftime lead.

However, the Lady Cavaliers clamped down defensively and outscored Crestview 19-8 in the third quarter, and 18-9 in the final period.

Coldwater enjoyed a 31-15 rebounding advantage and the Lady Cavaliers forced 17 turnovers while committing just four themselves.

Crestview (6-6) will host Ada on Thursday.
