LIMA — The Van Wert girls’ varsity bowling team defeated Parkway Panthers 2146-1816 at 20th Century Lanes in Lima on Saturday.

Top bowlers for the Lady Cougars were Cloy Spry, 168, 178; Briana Kesler, 168; Allison Hauter 159.

Van Wert improved to 3-1 on the season.
