Lady Knight volleyball team falls to LCC

The Crestview varsity volleyball team lost to Lima Central Catholic in straight games: 17-25, 23-25, and 23-25 during a non-conference match-up at LCC.

Leading the way for the Lady Knights were the following:

• Serving – Maci Baker and Syd Bowen, 13/14, with 1 ace each
• Hitting – Ally McCoy, 11 kills; Lexi Gregory, 6 kills; Katie McClure, 5 kills
• Setting – Abby Bagley, 26 assists
• Digs – Lyvia Black, 14 digs; McClure, 10 digs

Crestview is now 6-5 overall and 1-2 in Northwest Conference play. The Knights will be back in action on Monday as they host Van Wert in a non-conference match-up.

The Crestview junior varsity team also lost to LCC in two games, 17-25 and 17-25. The JVs are also 6-5 overall and are 2-1 in NWC action.
