August 15, 10:23 p.m. — Willliam A. Steele, 19, of Convoy, was charged with theft of items from the local Walmart store.

August 20, 11:26 p.m. — Nabor S. Medellin, 42, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and an open container violation following a traffic stop near the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Lincoln Street.

August 21, 1:37 a.m. — Derek J. Bowers, 34, of 686 N. Market St., was cited for an open container violation while in the 200 block of East First Street.

August 19, 3:34 a.m. — Christopher P. Bowersock, 24, of Lakeview, was charged with possession of marijuana following a traffic stop near the intersection of Main and Walnut streets.

August 20, 3:15 a.m. — Heather S. Replogle, 31, of 811 E. Main St., was cited for disorderly conduct while in the 400 block of South Franklin Street.

August 18, 12:22 a.m. — Chad A. Ratliff, 38, of 1133 W. Main St., Apt. 7, was charged with domestic violence as a result of a disturbance at his residence.

August 17, 5:04 p.m. — A 15-year-old girl was cited for domestic violence as a result of a disturbance in the 400 block of Zimmerman Avenue.

August 14, 12:43 a.m. — Shane M. Schimmoeller, 27, and Matthew R. Fisher, 27, both of Delphos, were charged with possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, and an open container citation as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Burt and Main streets.

August 13, 5:44 p.m. — Tyler T. Bergmann, 29, of 688 Center St., was charged with domestic violence connected to a disturbance at his residence.
