August 10, 3:36 a.m. — Kestutis V. Tatarunas, 27, of Ann Arbor, Michigan, was cited for disorderly conduct while in the 200 block of East Main Street.

August 8, 12:28 a.m. — Denise A. Farrelly, 53, of Monroeville, Indiana, was cited for having physical control of a motor vehicle while intoxicated after she was found passed out in her car in the parking lot of Maurice’s, 325 Towne Center Blvd.

August 5, 8 p.m. — Albert G. Ganim, 61, of West Chester, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired and possession of marijuana as a result of a Ohio State Highway Patrol checkpoint on Ohio 118 on the south edge of Van Wert.

August 4, 11:57 a.m. — Brent L. Kline, 44, of 1008 E. Main St., was arrested on a warrant issued in Mercer County Municipal Court.

August 3, 2:10 a.m. — Brendan M. Bergaman, 21, of 908 E. Crawford St., was arrested on a warrant on behalf of the Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office.

August 1, 9:35 p.m. — Anita M. Green, 53, of 701 N. Washington St., was charged with domestic violence as a result of a domestic disturbance at her residence.

July 31, 8:31 a.m. — Julie A. Kleinknight, 59, of 627 N. Market St., was cited for having physical control over a motor vehicle while intoxicated after she was allegedly found passed out in her vehicle in the 700 block of South Tyler Street.
