Tina M. Warren

Tina M. Warren, 52, of Van Wert, passed away at 7:25 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2016, at her residence.

She was born June 10, 1963, in Van Wert, the daughter of John and Carmen (Lippi) Michael, who both survive in Convoy. She married Terry G. Warren Sr., who survives in Van Wert.

Also surviving are her maternal grandmother, Lois Lippi of Convoy; four children, Forrest (Charity Smith) Houseworth III, Terry G. Warren Jr., and Lacey N. Warren, all of Van Wert, and Elise A. Warren of Cleveland; two brothers, Christopher (Phyllis) Michael and Douglas (LeeAnn) Michael, both of Convoy; a sister, Tamela (Douglas) Brown of Van Wert; five grandchildren, Zander, Hayden, Rayven, Gavin, and Paige; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

A grandchild, Trinity, preceded her in death.

Tina formerly worked at Cooper Foods Pressed Meats in Van Wert.

Private family services will be conducted.

There will be no visitation.

Preferred memorial: Donor’s choice.
