They are here! Critters in all shapes, sizes and medium, Paws de résistance, opening on March 12 from 6–9 p.m. is an art exhibit about one of our favorite things in the world, pets. You are invited to visit artist impressions of their furry, feathered, or scaled friends. Even better, you can bring your friendly dog (leashes on please) to the opening reception! Treats will be available for both hooman and friend. An adoption table for the Van Wert County Humane Society will also be present if you are in the market for a new friend who desperately are looking for a forever home.  We’ll feature live music and cash bar.

On April 17, we will open the Annual High School Invitational at 1 p.m. with an opening reception and award presentation. Students will be providing the live music and refreshments will be provided. If your young artist is within a 30-mile radius of Van Wert, please see your high school art instructor for details. Students do NOT currently need to be enrolled in a high school art class.

We are soon to announce a new art exhibit blowing in in May. Stay tuned!
