An unusual twist, our Paws de Resistance exhibit opens up the floor to artists 16 years or older. Artists have until March 5 to submit their 2D or 3D creations. All entries will be exhibited and entries will be judged for awards. Please call or visit our website for complete instructions! Paws de résistance, opening on March is an art exhibit about one of our favorite things in the world, pets. You are invited to bring us your impressions of your furry, feathered, or scaled friends in any media you choose. Even better, you can bring your friendly dog (leashes on and vaccinated please) to the opening reception! Treats will be available for both hooman and friend. An adoption table for the Van Wert County Humane Society will also be present and we’ll feature live music and cash bar.

On April 17, we will open the Annual High School Invitational at 1 p.m. with an opening reception and award presentation. Students will be providing the live music and refreshments will be provided
