December 13, 4:02 p.m. — Robert K. Seibert, 24, of 530 S. Wayne St., was arrested at his residence on a warrant issued in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court.

December 13, 1:35 a.m. — Treay L. Burnett, 18, or rural Venedocia, was arrested on charges of underage consumption and disorderly conduct as a result of an incident in the 1100 block of Kear Road.
