CHP volunteers attend Christmas party

Community Health Professionals information

A total of 42 volunteers were honored at Community Health Professionals’ annual volunteer Christmas party on December 3. Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center prepared the meal and volunteers enjoyed an evening of food, holiday games, door prizes, and gifts.

CHP volunteers provide caregiver relief to hospice patients and families. Others help with clerical duties, answer phones and provide helpful hands at CHP’s Adult Day Care Center and at fundraising events. There is also a sewing group and much more.

Volunteers continue to be a key to the success of the local nonprofit organization and are appreciated for investing their time to make a difference in the lives of many.

New volunteers are always needed and are welcome. For more information, call Robin Waters at 419.238.9223.
