Janice (Myers) Knerr

Janice (Myers) Knerr, 88, of Mansfield, and formerly of Van Wert, died in the early hours of Sunday, November 22, 2015.

She was born in 1927, in Defiance, the daughter of Flossie and Glenn Myers, who both preceded her in death. She married Glenn Knerr, who died in 2010.

Survivors include a son, Doug (Lesley Slavitt) Knerr.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 25, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert, with the Rev. Pentti Maki officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.

Calling hours are from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, at the funeral home.

Preferred memorials: American Heart Association or to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Mansfield.
