Theda B. DeWitt

Theda B. DeWitt, 93, of Delphos, died Monday, August 24, 2015, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Delphos.

She was born January 20, 1922, the daughter of Wilbur and Armeda (Davis) Ditto, who both preceded her in death. On September 17, 1938, she married William H. DeWitt, who died August 29, 2000.

Survivors include a daughter, LaDonna (Ronald) Culp of Delphos; one son, Jack (Jeannette) DeWitt of Delphos; a sister, Betty Wiechart of Delphos; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

A son, Dan DeWitt; four brothers, Rolland, Robert, Kenneth and Lloyd Ditto; and one sister, Helen Coleson, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 29, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Delphos.

Calling hours are from 2-8 p.m. Friday, August 28, and an hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.

Preferred memorials: American Heart or the American Cancer Society.
