Esther Eileen Germann

Esther Eileen Germann, 88, of rural Van Wert, died at 9:10 a.m. Saturday, August 22, 2015, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born October 7, 1926, in Pleasant Mills, Indiana, the daughter of Rufus Case, who preceded her in death. She married LeRoy R. Germann, who died May 22, 2013.

Survivors include three children, Delores (Ronald) Hartman, Patty (Paul) Williams and Danny (Alycia) Germann, all of Van Wert; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Two grandsons, David M. Crisenberry and Rodney R. Stegaman, also preceded her in death.

Private funeral services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Evangelical Protestant Cemetery in rural Van Wert County.

There will be no calling hours.
