Lincolnview dances

After hosting the Lincolnview Junior-Senior Prom on May 2, the junior class provided a father daughter dance Sunday, May 3 for girls K-5 to take advantage of all the decorations they worked so hard on.  Eighty-two girls danced the afternoon away in the Las Vegas Grand Ballroom.  Refreshments were provided and pictures were taken of each student so they could have a special keepsake from the day.  The junior class would like to say thank you for the community for supporting such a lovely opportunity for fathers and their daughters!

The juniors, Class of 2016, would also like to extend a special thank you to a few individuals/businesses who made it all possible for a successful prom/after-prom.  The theme this year was Casino/Welcome to Las Vegas!  The Van Wert Optimist along with Eric McCracken (Lee Kinstle GM Sales & Service), Steve Munroe (Statewide Ford), Brian Greve (Greve Chrysler), Iberdrola, and Firehouse Pizza all were instrumental in either monetary or food donations or providing cars as decorations.  Along with those major supporters we had many Van Wert businesses make donations for gifts to be given to our after-prom goers.  Without the community

support the Lincolnview Jr./Sr. Prom of 2015 would not have been as successful.
