L’view Elementary carnival coming up

Lincolnview Elementary will hold its annual PTO Carnival and Raffle this Friday, April 10 from 4-7 p.m.  If you like to play games this is the place to be! We will be having some inflatable games from UltraSound like an Obstacle Course with a Slide, the Jumpy Castle, and Football Bliss. We will also have the favorite classics like: Plinko, the Cake Walk, Pop Ring Toss, Fat Cats, Toilet Toss, and Fish Bowl game. New this year is a Kiddie Game Room for the little ones: Color Toss, Toxic Melt Down, and a Lancer wheel. You can win candy, prizes and tickets at a variety of games that can be used to get cool prizes.  We will also have the very popular Photo Booth for group pictures with your friends and family, face painting, and delicious cotton candy.

Oh, and don’t worry about preparing supper; we will be selling pizza, Venedocia Lions Club sausage sandwiches, hot dogs, nacho chips and cheese, macaroni and cheese, and a variety of chips and cookies. While you enjoy a delicious meal in the cafeteria have Mom and Dad check out all of the cool things they can try to win at the raffle. Who wouldn’t want to win things like a gas grill, Komet Hockey tickets, jewelry, tickets to the Van Wert Cinemas, gift certificates for various places in town, a child’s bicycle, and much, much more. The event is open to the public.

The Lincolnview Theatre Department will present Disney’s Tarzan, the Musical on April 10, 11, 12 (matinee), 16, 18 and 19 (matinee), 2015.  Show times are 7:30 p.m., while Sunday shows are 2 p.m. (matinees).  All performances this year are being held at the Van Wert Civic Theatre.  Obtain tickets now by calling 419 968.2214 ext. 3242 or by emailing lincolnviewdrama@gmail.com.  It is highly recommended that you obtain your tickets early.  Plan now to see Tarzan, the Musical.
